apple butter

I made this amaaaaaazing apple butter at work the other day. It seriously was one of the yummiest things I have ever had in my life, and I really wanted to make some at home and jar it up to give as gifts to people! I bought 10 pounds of apples from the farmers market, jars from the container store, and after work on Saturday (at 3AM), I started making a huuuge batch of apple butter. Who knew that it would take me THREE freaking hours to make 10 tiny little jars... :( Cutting, cooking, blending, passing through a strainer... It is now 6:37 AM and I am finally finished. I gotta wake up in 2 hours to get ready for church...

I don't know what is / would be more sad: the fact that the apple butter I made at work tasted better than the one I made at home, or the chance where people aren't grateful for all the hard work I put into it...

BUT, aren't they cute?? They even have my little embossed "Kitchen of Nancy Wu" sticker on them :) The mini ones have a "Nancy Wu" cupcake sticker on them too! Wheeee.
