-kitchen torch
-ice cream maker
-food processor
-tart pans and madeleine pans and more random sheet pans
-ebelskiver pan (if and when Mark and I ever end up using it....)
-a bazillion types of flavorings and extracts
-pounds and pounds of Valrhona chocolate
-two kitchen scales
-my whole toolkit that I got from school, filled with piping tips and dipping forks and more spatulas than you know what to do with
-half a pound of fresh vanilla beans that I have still yet to use....
